Most clients who call us are dealing with something that needs attention asap. We don't need weeks of onboarding or a fully scoped brief before we can contribute. We get across the situation fast and start being useful immediately. Most engagements are underway within days of the first conversation.

We're straightforward to work with
We say what we think. If we believe we can help, we'll tell you how. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too – and if we can point you in a better direction, we will. Part of our strength is our network locally and across the globe. We'd rather be honest upfront than take on work we can't do well.
Our founder
Jim Pantopolis founded Sanseru in 2021 after nearly three decades working across corporate and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and internationally. He's worked in business development, operations, logistics, events, and defence training – not as a consultant looking in from the outside, but as the person responsible for making things happen.
He's also practised Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate for over 35 years. The name Sanseru comes from a kata in that tradition – often translated as 36 Hands. It's a short, precise form built around close-quarter engagement and rapid response. That description fits the business as well as it fits the kata – getting in close, responding quickly, and giving our clients extra firepower where they need it most.
